Odor Control Scrubbers - Vertical & Horizontal

ScrubAir Odor Control Scrubbers are designed with many exclusive user-friendly features specifically for the client's convenience.

Chemical addition or activated carbon design:

  • To reduce odors to non-detectable levels (or an acceptable level per the client's approval)
  • To reduce cost and maintenance associated with conventional odor control technology
  • Fabricated from white or grey 1/2" thick PVC
  • Polypropylene, CPVC, FRP and Stainless Steel available

Wet Bed Scrubbers (customized per odor composition)

  • Lantec® dump pack
  • Water spray with chemical addition
  • pH control - sodium hydroxide
  • Oxidation chemical addition - bleach or hydrogen peroxide
  • Composite mesh pad mist eliminator
  • Removable spray headers
  • Vertical seal-less recirculation pumps

Activated Carbon Filter (customized per odor composition)

  • 4-Stage design with removable filters
  • Clear sliding access doors
  • Bolt-on access doors with easy spin-off knobs for access to the filter
  • Pressure drop gauge for each stage

ScrubAir installs many odor control systems on a variety of difficult applications to scrub. The ScrubAir odor control systems installed on onion processing lines have produced excellent results by increasing the quality, efficiency and productivity, as well as greatly improving the working conditions for employees.
